Devious Journal Entry
From the time I was a little wee babe I have loved dogs, all breeds and all shapes. When I was six years old, my mother adopted a puppy that was part Collie and part German Shepherd. At that time I knew what a Collie looked like (duh, Lassie was in the theatres big time LOL) but not what a German Shepherd looked like. I kept asking everyone, and pointing to every dog I couldn't identify. Finally one day when our puppy was six months old, we were sitting in a vet's office waiting for our turn to get her shots. Two men walked in carrying a dog. My mother told me that the dog was a German Shepherd and it had been run over by a train. I turned in my seat and met the gaze of the dog just as he died, the spark went out of his eyes. At six, surely I didn't know then what had happen at that moment but I remember it very clearly as if it happened yesterday. To this day I have been fiercely in love with the German Shepherd breed ever since.
We raise and train German Shepherds as service dogs (hearing dogs) for Deaf people. We also raise another smaller breed called the Miniature Australian Shepherd because not everyone wants a dog as big as a GSD.
Not all stock photos will be of dogs. I have plans for other stuff as well
